Powertrain
Lift trucks must be tough enough to last for hours of operation in many extreme environments. Though being ergonomic for operators, these machinery need to be able to move loads fast or efficiently. The rugged, dependable Yale powertrain provides superior durability through its state of the art clutch packs, computer controlled engine and transmission and really strong shafts and gears. The engine, transmission, drive axle and steer axle are all isolated so as to reduce vibration and noise inside the operator's compartment.
Electrical
The lift truck's electrical system is responsible for connecting the truck's major nerve centers together. Thus, the electrical system within the lift truck must be reliable and durable for the most demanding dry/wet and cold/hot operations. There is much sophistication needed in order to control truck functionality.
Delivering dependable electronics are a well-known hallmark of all Yale trucks. The Yale CANbus electrical system employs digital technology and reduces electrical connections and reduces wiring too. This results in awesome serviceability and improved dependability.
Hydraulics
The hydraulics are the forklift's "muscles". They give the necessary force needed to lift heavy loads during the entirety of a long shift. All Yale trucks feature industrial grade hydraulic components. Several of these components comprise: heavy-duty hydraulic valves, leak resistant O-ring face seal fittings, long lasting hoist and tilt cylinders, and fine micron filters. The control valve has been strategically positioned in order to prolong part life by lessening exposure to heat sources.
Yale's diesel forklifts provide extreme dependability and are recognized for withstanding harsh working conditions and coming out on top. These equipment have been built in such a precise way that attention to detail has been considered so as to keep the operator as comfortable as they could be.
